An offshore and renewable energy specialist is celebrating creating 58 new jobs.

Advanced Industrial Solutions (AIS) has this year unveiled a brand new state-of-the-art offshore survival centre, a new £1m purpose built hotel and a new CompEx Electrical centre, as well as launching innovative new services such as interest free finance.

These new projects have contributed to 105 per cent growth in business turnover and the creation of 58 new jobs at AIS – including several senior level appointments.

AIS managing director, Paul Stonebanks, said: “AIS has seen an average growth of more than 80% year-on-year since our inception seven years ago but 2014 really has been exceptional.

“One of our key strengths is our ability to respond quickly to customer needs.

“Businesses are increasingly conscious of staff well-being, as well as overall costs, while individuals need help with careers guidance and financing.

“We’ve responded by creating a world-class offshore training village where people and companies can get all the skills training they need for the global energy sector in one place – they can even stay in our low-cost onsite hotel.”
