We have recently received a newsletter from our local representative for the Conservative party, setting out his stall for the elections in May.
I strongly resent his comment that a vote for Labour is a vote for Corbyn. This will be a local election, voting for local representatives to deal with local issues, and has nothing to do with casting a vote for national political party leaders.
I would hope that those who cast their vote in local elections look at the representative that would most meet the needs of the community and would serve them well.
