SHOP: We need your help

As Young Voice youth worker at North Tyneside Disability Forum (NTDF), I’d like to appeal to anyone who can help us raise money via our summer pop-up shop.

We need rails and shelving to borrow or take receipt of, and donations of good quality goods, clothing and bric-a-brac, etc.

We also need volunteers who can help us in the shop, to deliver and collect items, set things up and get information and leaflets out to everyone.

The shop will also provide a platform for our students to apply their learning around retail skills so we are really looking for people who are keen to support others.

If you can help in any way, please email info@ntdf.co.uk or call 0191 466 1667.

We are delighted to have use of premises in Park View, Whitley Bay, throughout August and September, and we hope to raise enough money to help us sustain activities between October and December whilst further progressing our Community Cafe project, in which local people will be able to get good quality, healthy food at minimum cost.

We are wholly reliant upon charitable trust support and members’ own fundraising initiatives. Your help really makes more difference than you might know.

For more information about what we do, either call into our centre in Earsdon Road, call 0191 466 1667, or email info@ntdf.co.uk
