“But my blood pressure has gone right down and I have gained so much confidence.”
Mandy, who has dropped seven dress sizes from a 24 to a size 10, can now shop in the same fashionable stores as her daughter, Drew.

Ruth said, “Mandy and Andy have had fantastic weight loss results since they joined Slimming World and they have totally transformed their lives. I am immensely proud of how well they have done and their weight loss stories inspire and motivate other members in group.”
Andy, who has been ‘Slimmer of the Week’ 15 times and declared the group’s ‘Greatest Loser’, added: “I feel like my life went on hold when my mam passed away but now I’m resuming everything.”
