Think before interfering

I WOULD just like to draw a small matter to attention.

I am becoming increasingly annoyed and upset with people commenting on my three-year-old daughter when out in Whitley Bay. Commenting on her screaming and ‘awful noises’.

So fed up and upset that I now dread leaving the house.

My daughter has expressive speech and language delay, and together with various therapists, we are trying to help her.

So next time you hear a child cry, shout or scream, before interfering or throwing the mother filthy looks, consider the child just may have a disability, and think how difficult and frustrating you would find to communicate without the ability to talk.
