Cullercoats U7s had an early start Heaton Hawks and came away with a draw.
Hawks took an early lead but Cullercoats battled back and Joseph Flint returned from illness to grab an equaliser and maintain their unbeaten start to the season.
The U8s had a busy morning and started with a tough encounter against Stakeford.
Despite an early goal from Elliot Fenn to put Cullercoats ahead, Stakeford proved too strong and ran out 4-1 winners.
Next up they took on Killingworth and two great goals from Flynn Croucher put them 2-1 ahead before some smart finishing from Killie saw them prevail 4-2.
In their third game of the day, another goal from Flynn and an own goal helped gain a 2-1 lead before opponents New Fordley hit back with a late equaliser.
The U9s were also in action and started off slowly with a 2-0 defeat against Heaton B but bounced back in fine style to beat Heaton A 4-1 thanks to two goals from Lucas Campion, one from Elliot Moore and another from Alfie Given.
Team of the day were the U10s, who went unbeaten in their three games, starting off with a 3-0 win over Forest Hall Falcons with goals from Ben Murphy, Archie Graham and an own goal.
They then came back from 2-0 down to win 3-2 against Forest Hall Pumas with Graham on target, the other goals coming from Cameron Scott and Murphy.
Last up they had to survive an onslaught from a very strong Walker Central side and came away with a 0-0 draw thanks largely to the heroics of goalkeeper Charlie Fenn.
