Ebb and flow in schools’ match

NEW York Primary School ran out 84-54 winners over Star of the Sea in the Primary Schools Rugby League Year 5/6 game.

At one stage it looked as if New York were going to run away with it only for Star of the Sea to show great spirit to fight back and make a game of it.

But in the final quarter New York put the results beyond doubt as they took the chances that came their way.

Star of the Sea’s second half display was built on a tighter defence, but in the end the opposition were too powerful and fast to be held off.
