Kendal scored first (0-7), but an Ash Smith penalty and Sean Williamson try made it 8-7. Smith then converted his own try (15-7 at half-time), with Seb Reece scoring for 22-7 after the break. Kendal hit back for 22-14, but Ali Blair scored under the posts(29-14) and Matty Boustead also touched downm, converted for 34-14.
