Latest plans submitted to the county council

Here are some of the latest planning applications submitted to Northumberland County Council. The list of planning bids is published in the Northumberland Gazette newspaper each week.

Chatton: Land east of Chatton Village Hall, Old Road, construction of one detached dwelling including associated access, car parking, landscaping, outbuildings and associated works.

Ellingham: Charlton Hall, extension to hall to provide function room to weddings and event venue.

Felton: Oak Ridge House, 14 Main Street, removal of conservatory, construction of entrance porch and rear flat-roof extension with roof terrace and balustrading, re-clad front elevation with pitch faced stone.

North Sunderland: Stonefall, 158A Main Street, log cabin to house tumble dryer and irons.

Rothbury: Land south-east of Rothbury Community Hospital, Whitton Bank Road, change of use to cycle park.

Seahouses: Land south-east of 2 St Aidans, replacement of two single garages with new one-bedroomed dwelling and attached single garage.

Swarland: Land south of Apple Tree Lodge, Old Swarland, change of use of land and the siting of two glamping pods.

Thropton: Land to the west of Northern 4x4 Centre, West End Garage, reserved matters application for access, appearance, landscaping, layout and scale on approved planning application 13/03894/OUT.

Waren Mill: Waren Lea Hall, erection of a detached garage block.
